Stamperland Football Club relies on its volunteers — without them, there is no club. Not everyone can coach, but there are other vital ways to support your child’s club.
Our Treasurer is stepping down, and we need to fill this role to keep the club running smoothly. Ideally, the position will be shared by two volunteers, both acting as account signatories: one managing incoming funds and the other handling outgoing payments. Each role requires around one hour per week, providing cover when needed.
Key responsibilities include:
· Collecting subscriptions through MCH and following up with coaches where necessary
· Paying invoices on time (kit orders, pitch lets, referee fees, etc.)
· Reporting the club’s financial position to the committee
· Improving banking processes and exploring funding or grant opportunities
