Our team trains twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Woodfarm Astro from 6 – 7:30 both nights. Matches are played on a Saturday afternoon, with home games at either Muirend on grass or Toryglen astro. The league is well organised and competitive and this season will see us travel to play teams in Dumbarton, Linwood, Beith and Erskine, as well as other clubs around Glasgow. 

The squad has 20 players at the moment, all competing for a maximum of 16 places available for match days. Coaches Alastair and Bill plan the training sessions to allow our players to develop fitness, strength and agility as well as individual skills, technical knowledge, team formations and tactics. Specialist goalkeeping training is also available.
